***IMMEDIATE OPENINGS*** Diesel / Fleet Mechanic Needed Now!!! **Diesel/Fleet Mechanic - Immediate Opening for Mechanic on Privately Owned Fleet **Tire / Yard Helper - Basic Tire Repair & Yard Cleanup Job Requirements: **Must Have Own Basic Tools **Current DL and/or CDL **Hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM with 1 hour lunch break **Hourly Pay based on experience Job Description: - Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, jacks and hoists. - Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition. - Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery. - Adjust and reline brakes, align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment - Raise trucks, trailers and heavy parts or equipment using hydraulic jacks or hoists. - Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices. - Inspect, repair, and maintain automotive and mechanical equipment and machinery such as pumps and compressors. - All other duties assigned by Maintenance Manager.
