7P Productions has an exciting opportunity for a Live Show Support Specialist. In this role, you will transport, set up, prepare and maintain on-set product demonstrations, props and displays for live television shopping channel airings. This position currently offers ~30 hours per week. Day in the Life: - Set up demos (gack as needed), props, and displays for live shows, ensuring all items are visually appealing, complete, and functional. (Prep includes: unpacking, preparing demos, creating displays, and other aspects of airing product display.) - Transport show support props and materials round-trip from our facility to location. - Coordinate product movement from prep areas to studios during the live shows, while adhering to our own and client's studio standards. - Anticipate and react to needs during the live shows. - Attend meetings with team to discuss product related requests, and ensure those requests are carried out. - Prep and work high-profile shows. - Maintain props and supplies through proper use, maintenance and storage. - Ensure timely return of all product (in good condition), to warehouse. - Help to create new demos for products and shows. - All props must be brought back to the warehouse and returned to their respective homes in neat and organized fashion. Must Haves: - Experience with Customers or Guests - Ability to work various shifts in a 24/7 environment including weekends, nights, and holidays - Ability to maintain a positive, productive and organized environment - Physical Requirements: Push/pull/lift up to 35lbs, Standing/walking for majority of shift - Ability to think creatively - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to Detail - Exceptional Organizational Skills Nice to Haves: - Experience in retail, design, merchandising, television or similar field - Experience creating demos and gacks for demonstrations on products - Ability to work with tools to build props - Creative mindset to identify new ways to showcase a product - Detail oriented - Ability to problem solve - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment - Ability to maintain clear communications - Ability to collaborate with a number of internal and external groups - Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations - Excellent time-management skills ***Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “Must Haves” and "Nice to Haves". ***Please include resume to be considered for this position.
