Employment type:Full Time (M-F)
General Responsibilities:
Daily upkeep of the property (including light painting)
Cleaning of property grounds
Garbage pick-up daily
Able to lift 50 lbs
Swimming pool maint. (will train)
Light mowing and trimming
Tree Trimming
Basic electrical and basic plumbing experience is a plus
We provide all tools.
