Welder's helper/laborer

We are a welding contractor looking for a helper/laborer with basic construction knowledge. Since this is a helper position, prior experience with welding/metal is not necessary, we can teach you what's needed. If you have experience with fabrication, welding or forklift operation or certification, that's a plus and we will consider that in the pay rate. We are looking for a clean, honest, reliable worker with no substance abuse issues and no smoking on job-sites. We work inside and outside and in a variety of weather conditions. You will be walking and standing as well as lifting heavy things regularly. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. We are currently looking for someone for 20-30 hours per week who could start immediately. We will give a small raise after a probationary period of one month if your skill set is what we are looking for.
