Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks an EXPERIENCED Senior Maintenance Technician for a full-time position, roving among the Inland Empire portfolio of Lewis communities. To be considered, you should have PREVIOUS APARTMENT / RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. Our best Maintenance Techs know that they are one of the most important positions on the community, they are the face of customer service. With that attitude, comes hard skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance, including: -Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry -Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc) installation and repair -Making ready units for new occupancy & current residents -Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities -A great customer service personality and work ethic -As a roving Maintenance Technician, you will work with teams and work alone NOTE: Position requires reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. If candidates prefer to live on-site, a 20% employee discount is available or a $250 employee discount at a sister community. On-call duties are typically not required for this roving position.
