Performance Plus Tire in Oak Ridge has a Warehouse Associate job available, prior tire mounting experience a plus+ We will train the right candidate Essential Duties: • Maintains safety awareness • Material handling for receiving, stocking, picking and shipping • Load &Unload tires • Mounting & Balancing tires • Fast pace required • Error free work and inventory transactions required • Ensures workplace is organized, neat and orderly • Positive attitude at all times • Assists continuous improvement in material handling • Shipping & Receiving • Stocking • Excellent attendance required • Must wear safety gear – you must provide your own steel toe shoes (mandatory), all other safety gear provided by company. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior Tire experience a plus • Attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset • Works well as a team player PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 75 lbs. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time • Requires motion entailing bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and stretching Performance Plus Tire offers the following benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision, paid holidays, sick time and vacation after probationary period.
