Full Time Maintenance Position Available. Apply Today! As the full -time Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for accessing and taking care of maintenance items for your assigned facilities. You may be required to complete yard work including but not limited to trimming, blowing leaves and clearing debris from the properties. The ideal candidate will be a general handy-person and understands that general knowledge and experience is required in this role. The position requires the following: • Must have valid driver’s license. • Must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check. • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects. • Reports to Area Manager. • Communicate with site managers. • Ability to schedule and task projects, productive time management. • Ability to communicate with professional services (e.g.) Electrical, HVAC, Lawn Maintenance, Snow removal. • Will be required to be outside for extended periods of time during inclement weather. • Light to mid-level physical activity, MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30+ lbs. without assistance. • Must be able to multi-task, will be performing light maintenance for multiple facilities. • Experience using hand and electrical tools • Light computer knowledge • Very good communication and interpersonal skills. • 1+ years’ experience in a maintenance or handy person role. • Work Truck Provided • Tools Provided. • Benefits. • Paid Time Off. • Paid Training.
