Description
The following add may seem a bit wordy but please read before moving on, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.
"Seeking professional level bass player and lead guitarist who are comfortable singing leads and backups"
What do you mean by professional level?
Well, prior experiences in working band formats, a fistful of songs that you can hit the ground running with musically and vocally, willing to do prep work and rehearsal, and who doesn't develop "mush brain" after a couple of beers or a toke or two.
Next question; What’s the format?
Open format except metal and hard, hard rock, blues rock, classic rock, country rock, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s.
Now you’re probably asking yourself, ok, but is there gigs lined up or are we just doing this for fun?
The short, honest answer is no gigs yet, the long answer is, when there’s a good product to present we can start pounding the pavement and knocking on doors.
Of course creating quality music whether gigging or jamming is always fun.
We all should be aware by now that outdoor gigs are probably going to be the core of what is and will be available for band performances so; the quicker a project can be put together the wider the opportunity, well at least more workable.
Last but not least, please, (see, I said please) respond to CL with some type of short background bio and even a song list or sound byte if you have one, it's greatly appreciated.
Looking for 50+ in age but won’t turn away a younger player that fits well with the feel and musical savvy to get a project up and running.
Thanks
