We are looking for a lead guitarist to join an existing band, playing old time rock and roll covers, ( dating back to 70s onwards) Beatles, Tom Petty, CCR, some Stones, Eagles, JJ Cale,Billy Joel, Stealers Wheel, Santana, and a host of other stuff, a few Hawaiian songs etc.. Occasional gigs include birthdays, Kapaa art walk etc. There is no pressure at all. We play for fun and the tip jar. ( some gigs are paid ) We try and practice on a Sunday afternoon in the Lihue area. So generally looking for a more mature guitarist who enjoys playing in a no pressure zone :) The band has been going for a long time, and members come and go or leave island etc.
