Target Homes Jax is looking for skilled and motivated contractors, handymen, and tradesmen willing to get started within 1 week. We are a local company that specializes in fix & flips throughout the Jacksonville area and currently have more work than contractors. What we are looking for: • Contractors • Plumbers • Electricians • Roofers • Landscapers including tree service • Septic technician/installer • Pool technicians/finisher • Trash out YOU MUST BE LICENSED AND INSURED, WE WILL CHECK Requirements for ALL contractors: • Reliable transportation • Tools • Attention to detail • Common sense • Must be a self starter • Must know how to invoice • Must be able to meet deadlines The more you can do as a contractor the better. We expect all contractors to be able to handle light plumbing and electrical. The jobs range from minor to full house rehabs, but on average we are going to paint, replace flooring, replace bathrooms, and replace the kitchen. We have a pro account with Home Depot and we pay for all materials, so you will not have to come out of pocket. We pay every other Friday on work completed. All invoices are required by 3pm the Friday before payday. If the work isn’t finished it doesn’t get paid.
