Concert to celebrate the life of Motown alumnus and Milwaukee music legend Jon Pierre Gee. A memorial concert to celebrate the life and accomplishments of Milwaukee music legend and Motown alumnus Jon Pierre Gee. The concert will showcase entertainers produced by Gee under the KANDI International Inc. A label he founded in 1989 with his business partner Kat Webb. A music staple in Milwaukee for decades, Gee performed at the first Summerfest in 1968 and also performed with music legends such as James Brown, Ike &Tina Turner, Al Green and BB King. CD's and memorabilia will be for sale and food concessions will be available. Masks required. Free event.
