FULL-TIME EVENING PROJECT TECHNICIAN performs a variety of tasks relating to the cleaning of a variety of floor types (e.g. carpeted, VCT, ceramic/quarry tiled, and concrete floors). Performs building janitorial services; cleans and maintains equipment; and completes work orders, including the documentation of work performed. Performs all work in accordance with customer and Company standards, and OSHA and Company safety requirements. This position starts at $13.00 per hour. After 30 days of training, the position increases to $14.00 per hour. Schedule changes weekly to match the needs of the job. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that could include weekends. Position requires physical strength and dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform required cleaning duties. Requires ability to climb stairs, stand for long periods, bend and stoop regularly throughout work period. Frequent bending and lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted on a regular, recurring basis.
