We are seeking an experienced concrete foreman who will be responsible for overseeing an interior concrete renovation project in Manhattan. Duties: • Prepares the project schedule, maintains reports accurately describing project status. Prepares 2 week look aheads. • Coordinate and manage materials. This includes the timely delivery, receiving, quality control, staging, secure storage, deployment and tracking. • Track site activity, safety, deliveries, weather and other important project information on Daily Log reports. • Oversee concrete pours, rebar placement, CMU block walls, layout, concrete finishing, concrete form work. • Organize and lead crews from start to finish • Ensures safety standards and requirements are implemented and followed. Qualifications: • 5+ years’ direct experience in construction supervision is required. • Must be an excellent communicator with superior organizational skills and leadership qualities. • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office and project management software. Plangrid,Procore preferred • Structural background required • Commercial experience is required • Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, subcontractors • 30 hour osha required • 62 hr.
