Landscape Crew Leader: Position details: Looking for Full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to provide weekly maintenance at houses and commercial properties throughout Bronx and Westchester counties. Landscape Crew Leader will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. Will also be responsible for the safety and efficiency of their crew members. Looking for someone who wants to help us grow in this time of company expansion. Skills needed: - Applicants must be able to work outdoors and must have at least 2 years landscape experience. - Crew Leader will be responsible for grounds maintenance up to company’s standards and will be expected to know how to properly Trim, Weed, Edge, Prune, Mow, and Cut properties. - Must manage personnel efficiently and effectively - Must be able to train crew members to work up to company standards. - Will need to communicate in a professional and polite manor to all employees and clients. - Must maintain clean and safe work environment while watching out for the safety one’s self and others. - Will be expected to report back to company managers periodically if any additional work needs to be done. - Monitor upkeep of all equipment and tools. - Snow Removal Experience helps for year round employment Work Environment: - Employee is expected to preform physical activities and will lift between 35 and 80 pounds regularly. Requirements: - Must have valid driver’s license and reputable driving record. - Must be able to efficiently manage crew and complete assigned properties in timely manner. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Must be able to bring positive attitude and good work ethic. - Must be dependable and be able to demonstrate safe work habits.
