Ability to hand shovel snow (emergency weekends, evenings and holidays when needed), Job also regularly requires the lifting of heavy objects such as appliances, furniture and building material. Plumbing: basic level Connecting sinks, toilets, faucets and shower bodies Repair leaky fixtures: washers, drain pipes Clear clogged sinks/toilets/tubs Connect stoves/dishwasher (appliances) Electrical: basic level Replace light fixtures, switches, trouble shoot electric short Carpentry: medium to advanced level Hang wall boards: sheetrock, cement boards Plaster/compound and paint (general ability) Hang doors, molding installation Replace lockset, Repair wood floors, subfloor Hardwood installation **Tile using vinyl tile **Tile walls/floor with ceramic tile Work schedule is 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
