Property Maintenance Company in Hudson County looking for Maintenance worker PREFERRED with Driver's license. see below details regarding this job offer: - 40 hours per week (mon-fri 9AM to 5PM) -$24K NO LICENSE TO $30K LICENSE per year starting salary with room for growth - Candidate must have a valid Driver's License and have Clean Driving Record to drive company maintenance vehicles. A full criminal background check will be required. - Also must be able to maintain a friendly and positive attitude towards customers. - Email and smart phone savvy and ability to update supervisor remotely from field a plus. Candidate must be able to multi-task while in field. - Duties will include, but are not limited to; performing of light maintenance, primarily cleaning of buildings and reporting back to Supervisor on resolution of building issues. - If possible, please include a cover letter with Salary history/requirements in your email along with your Resume.
