Macarons hands-on baking class At Bravo Maine! We want the cooking classes to be a fun entertainment occasion and all our classes are hands-on. Macarons from scratch - Hands-on class lead by a professional Chef. You'll learn the art and science behind macarons, how to make the cookie shells with the Italian method and as well as making amazing filling flavor. You get to take home all of the macarons you make. Your safety is our priority: 6 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
