We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Laborer/Groundskeeper at our apartment complex in Camden, NJ! This position will support our Maintenance Supervisor on various maintenance projects, apartment turn overs, and general upkeep around the property! Duties include assist with maintaining the property as needed. Grounds keeping, Cleaning and Maintenance work orders. Cleaning consists of cleaning Appliances, Bathrooms, Windows, Removing trash. Must be able to take direction and be able to work with little direction and help out with other duties as needed This position is 50/50 inside and outside. Trash removal, litter pick up. We are opening to training a hard working, and motivated individual!
