Candidate will be responsible to work with Maintenance Supervisor on (4) small apartment communities all within 3 miles of each other. Duties include cleaning out vacant apartments, painting, daily grounds upkeep, work orders and other tasks as needed. Work is hands on and mostly independent in nature. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. You will be working on (4) small properties all within 3 miles of each other.
