My cat Jasper hasn't come home [indoor outdoor cat] he always comes back within a day and has been gone for at least 3 now. I live in Boise, near Fairview and Milwaukee. He has green eyes, scabs under his ears on his forehead from adventures, medium length fur, responds to meows, is pretty vocal. Last seen with his black harness with white stars that shines in the dark. It has his ID tags and a bell on it. He has all his claws which are white, and not neutered. If anyone has seen or heard from anyone who has picked up a stray cat fitting his description, please contact me. He is everything to me and I want to bring him home safe. 🖤
