ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES American Warehouse is currently hiring Full-time warehouse picker and packer specializing in Amazon fulfillment. We are a 3rd party distribution center looking for a warehouse employee to join our growing team. Must have a positive attitude, be a team player and dependable. We are looking for ambitious, and hard-working individuals who do not mind working on their feet. The right individual is required to pay close attention to details and follow instructions. Responsibilities • Picking and packing orders • Inspect overall quality of product. • Stocking stations as necessary • Placing labels as instructed • Assisting with processing incoming products • Separating products as instructed • Analyzing and interpreting paperwork delivered with the product. • Processing product using mechanical ramp. • Operating pallet jack • Assisting teammates as instructed by supervisors. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift 50 lbs. Legal to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Being able to stand for long periods, bending lifting, and working with a box cutter. Ability to follow verbal instructions. Must read, write, and speak English fluently. EXPERIENCE: Warehouse Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Forklift experience a plus SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm PAY: $14.00 per hour
