Norfolk VA 23510. We would like to introduce ourselves to the Downtown Community as Lemon Seed Aerial Fitness. We want to serve the community in the fitness sector by introducing a new and exciting way to get in shape. Holistic healing showing our customers great natural ways to balance everyday life. • Mission Statement: Most people are looking to get in to shape to look better, feel better or perform better. Most gyms and personal trainers can be boring and repetitive. An Aerial Studio can help people make changes the want to make and see in their bodies and mind. Providing a fun new exciting way of getting to those goals with aerial fitness. • Company History: Lemon Seed since started in 2019 in Macarthur Mall first brick and mortar teaching all ages how to make jewelry by silversmithing metals, wire wrapping and stamping allowing customers and are constantly looking for things to do in the community shutting of their minds or putting down their phone for a few hours to learn a new skill. The was one of my passions I wanted to share with the community knowing how much it helped me get through some storms in life. So, brining my other passion to the community I feel the same it provides a unique balance to life giving us a great work out as well as a nice way to quiet our minds.
