Wine and Design - Fall Charcuterie Join us for this charcuterie series in 2021. Cost is $45 for a single participant or $55 for a couple. Each participant will learn how to build an interesting and beautiful board display based on the theme for the evening. You will leave the class with a charcuterie board for two ready to eat when you get home! The class includes all of the food components required for the board and a glass of wine (for each paid participant). Generally, each participant will need to bring a display board or platter, small condiment bowls, a cutting board and knife. Specific instructions will be provided to each person who registers for the class.
