Female. Was very scared and skittish at first with tail in between legs but once she realized I had food has turned into the most crazy lovable baby haha... has collar but no name or number. Skinny and a little muddy.. blue eyes. Just a beautiful sweetheart. Please call for Phoebe I have her in my apartment but my dogs do not like other dogs so this cannot last long. If anyone is willing to foster her until owners are found please let me know as well, I really don't want to turn her into a shelter but it's dangerous to have her around my other fur babies.
