All participants will also be entered in a raffle to win wonderful prizes! MBT5K Walk Series : Grab your friend, family, co-workers and fellow MBT and park enthusiasts to come and join Run THis Town and our run walk series leading up to the MBT5k. Enjoy the fresh air and the community engagement fitness and fun. We must learn to walk before we can run.This is not your usual walk series. Run This Town and reset by mastering breathing techniques and stretches to get your body ready for the upcoming MBT5k. Run Series : Distance runs coupled with intervals for beginners, + advanced runners and athletes run series is designed for a broad range of individuals with fitness goals. Whatever your goals, be it weight loss, running time improvement, or improved strength we got if for you it’s also a fun way to meet like-minded individuals in the neighborhood. A.
