Spring is around the corner ‼️🤞🏼 ** We’re Hiring ** We are looking for quality individuals! We are a painting company that specializes in both residential and commercial projects. We are based in Pittsfield, mostly work through Berkshire County but also do commercial projects across the state of MA. Painting experience is helpful, but more importantly we are in search of the following characteristics: 🔹 Team player - ability to work well with others, have a sense of humor, enjoyment of daily work life and a willingness to take on any and all tasks. 🔹 Coachable - If you are a “know it all”.... this job isn’t for you. We are constantly learning and improving, we expect any new hire to do the same. We are willing to take the time to train new employees. 🔹 Interest in trades - we don’t expect new hires to be painters for life - but we expect you to have an interest in what we are doing - transforming peoples’ homes and businesses. 🔹 The basics - work ethic, dependability, punctuality, ability to climb ladders.
