Lenox-Martell, a Multi-Flow Industries Company, is a leader in Installation and Service for Bar and Restaurant Equipment, including Refrigeration, Custom Beer Towers, and Soda and Gas Dispensing Systems and Products, in addition to providing beer line cleaning. Our headquarters is in Jamaica Plain but we service all of New England. Description: Responsible for breaking down and cleaning any and all parts associated with beer lines for our customers Basic service and delivery work Break down and clean faucets Scrub couplers Run solutions through the lines and rinse them upon completion Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on-site both independently and while on the phone with assistance Professionally and effectively communicate with the customer regarding equipment and explain clearly what you will do to fix any issues Follow safety directions with hazardous cleaning chemicals including following proper safety regulations Receive dispatches and complete work orders electronically Other duties as assigned The typical position is Monday – Friday starting between 6:00a and 7:00a with participation in the on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks, or as required. Requirements: Must be able to start work at 6:00am or 7:00am and be available for after hours and weekend emergency service calls every 6-8 weeks Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with manager and co-workers via phone, text, email, and in person Mechanically inclined Team player who enjoys a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check, including a drug screen.
