Thanks** good opportunity for a student or someone wanting/needing flexible part-time income. you will be working with the owner on his private property weeding (by hand) raking hedge trimming re-potting plants yard cleanup wash vehicles deck painting other outdoor work as needed ability to lift at least 50 lbs when needed ability to follow directions and show up on time be non felon, drug free, have 3 good references - non smoker preferred have driver's license and reliable transportation (your 4 wheel vehicle) to and from work (no exceptions) This is part-time, 2 to 3 days weekly - 6 to 8 hrs daily, weather permitting This can be an ongoing, year-round, job - if all works out with mutual satisfaction $10 hour (to start, with increases to follow based upon performance).
