Maintenance Supervisor: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. The Maintenance Supervisor works alongside the Community Manager in ensuring the responsibility of overseeing the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure the maintenance of the property. Maintenance Tech: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
