Growing vacation rental management company looking for a maintenance team member to join our full-time team. Experience in general maintenance of homes is required. Team members will also help with larger maintenance projects during the offseason (repainting, carpentry, pest control, etc.) Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and AC is a plus and will determine hourly pay rate ($18-22/hr). Must be willing to work a flex schedule (rotating weekends), and have your own basic tools and a truck. The properties are located in Galveston, and we would prefer someone who lives on the island or close by.
