Local real estate company seeking a qualified candidate to perform maintenance duties for 2500+ units in several locations around the greater Grand Rapids area. Ideal candidate must perform all maintenance duties and have working knowledge of general building and grounds maintenance. Duties include everything from A to Z to keep various properties clean and maintained. Must be handy and have quality painting and general repair skills. This job entails maintenance related work, included but not limited to; gutter repairs, drainage line installs, cleaning of grounds, changing of small electrical fixtures, property inspections as needed, painting, drywall etc. Candidate must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. If you think you qualify and are willing to take instruction well, possess a good attitude and work ethic and relate to residents well, please apply.
