This is the perfect opportunity for a bright, competent person to work outside in a fast-paced, fun environment while getting paid to workout. At Two Chicks Moving we are looking to hire 1 or 2 extremely talented and hard-wroking guys. Moving experience is a plus but not required, but someone with a good work ethic and who can carry their own weight is. You will be trained but are expected to learn fast. Must have reliable transportation. Perfect position to be able to transition to crew lead in any industry. Duties include: -Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction -Skillfully move, pack, and unpack customers belongings in a rapid but safe manner -Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner. Communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. -Problem solving -Truck inspections of truck and moving equipment -Able to train multiple people at the same while working on the move. -Accurately complete paperwork and collect correct payments The perfect person for this position is: -Very friendly, easy-going and personable -Is a problem solver, adeptly weighing pro and cons of various decisions -Takes responsible for self and crew without laying blame at another’s feet -Is dependable and able to follow company procedures with reminders- -Uplifts the people around them and build character -Has a very hard work ethic -Is clean cut and well groomed with high personal standards -Is excited to learn and grow personally, spiritually, and financially. -Has an understanding and respect for company margins. -At least 18 years old, physically fit and is able to lift repeatedly 100lbs or more. -Is reliable, and shows up early ready to work. -Can and does communicate effectively with customers and crew. Provides exceptional customer service. -Can navigate working with and training new people while maintaining a high level of job proficiency. -Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. With no major felonies. We are a new company but have experience in the industry. We started this company to give the community a better and more trustworthy moving company. We have part-time work but expect to grow quickly and will give you much more hours. You will start at $14/hr but have the potential to make up to $18/hr the longer you stay and the more valuable you become. You will also be paid for the miles you are in the truck while driving and get to keep all of your tips from the customer.
