Crown Roofing LLC, one of Florida's largest roofing contractors, is currently seeking a well-rounded individual to fill the role of Service Estimator/Surveyor. Candidate must be experienced in roof repairs and water proofing knowledge. Estimate preparation with scope of work while maintaining, growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships with contractors. The Service Estimator will work hand in hand with the service manager and service team to build new business relationships with property managers, building owners, homeowners, HOA's, etc. Developing an annual service and maintenance program and marketing to our clientele will be an integral part of this plan. Duties: Assist clients in managing their roofing portfolios. Survey roofs, diagnose problem conditions, document in report format and present issues to client. Create detailed estimates of materials, equipment and labor required to perform work. Prepare effective presentation packages (proposals & reports) and present them to the purchaser or decision makers. Follow set schedules and send email to clients as needed. Attend safety meetings. When needed, help service crews. Attend company promotional functions. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments. Excellent interpersonal skills. Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Minimum of 3 years of residential or commercial roofing knowledge Knowledge of roof repairs and maintenance programs Have a VALID Florida License and good driving record. Bilingual both English and Spanish is a plus. Have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Good computer skills. Our Service Estimators are offered a competitive compensation package.
