IMMEDIATE opening for a full time or part time pool technician. We provide a company vehicle, uniforms and service residential pools only. We do require the following: Honest, dependable, always on-time and a good attitude. MUST have own reliable transportation to/from work. Prefer at least a 1 year past pool experience. Previous experience cleaning pools and familiar with pool equipment is a bonus (Will train the right person). Trained in pool chemistry. Familiar with hammer head cleaning equipment (if not will train). Knowledge of the general Charlotte, Lee and Sarasota Counties. Training will be provided until you are confident with your routes each day. We are a well established pool company and require clean driving records (NO DUIs). This person needs great customer skills as you will have day to day contact with customers and able to relate to their issues and report back to office. - Work in newer trucks with A/C - PAID TIME OFF for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day for full time employees - Monthly Bonus - Small, friendly team with direct access anytime to company owners for questions/concerns - Very competitive pay, with overtime available if desired - Full Time and part time available, NO late night hours! - Rapidly growing company = job security and room for growth (based on performance) Full Time or Part Time position (not just for summer) 5 day work week (occasionally Saturdays) HOURS 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (summer days occasionally might run a little later due to rain, etc.) We provide vacation pay. Salary based on experience the range is $16 to $21 per hour. Job Duties: - Clean and maintain pools and spas, adding proper chemicals as needed - Maintain accurate logs of all testing for inspection as required. - Troubleshoot pool components and equipment. - Completion of assigned work in a timely manner. - Leave job sites clean and neat.
