Help shape the future of IndyGo paratransit service. This conversation is to understand community priorities and develop ideas for how IndyGo may operate paratransit service in the future beyond the area that is mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act, also known as ADA. Individuals requiring any accommodations for access to information should contact Jordan Patterson, Engagement Specialist, at [email protected]. American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be provided at all public input meetings. Other requests for accommodations should be made at least three days in advance. IndyGo will follow the guidance of the CDC, the Indiana Department of Health, and the Marion County Public Health Department for public gathering best practices. Masks are required.
