We are looking to Hire for Grounds Maintenance and Apartment Cleaning at Canyon View Apartments! We are an equal opportunity employer with flexible hours and are excited to gain and welcome a new member of staff. • Grounds Maintenance is a part time position that ranges from 15-35 hours and we will need someone to be here Monday-Friday (occasional weekends if it snows). • Apartment Cleaning will be paid upon experience, and is a per unit rate; depending on unit size and condition the unit is left in. • Must have own transportation to and from the property. We would love to find someone willing to take on both jobs of grounds maintenance and cleaning of vacant apartments. Please let me know if you are only willing to fill one of the positions, and which position you are interested in. • Looking for reliability • Must be self-motivated to accomplish tasks. • Grounds Maintenance 15-35 hours a week • Apartment Cleaning as needed, when apartment is vacant. • Apartments will be paid a flat rate per unit. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must be able to climb stairs. Pay will be agreed upon experience and willingness to work. Grounds Maintenance: Maintenance upkeep is something we need done daily and efficiently. We need someone responsible and reliable. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Attention to detail. • Time management and ability to complete tasks within reasonable time frame is required. • Cleaning up and maintaining the property • Sweeping grounds sidewalks and breezeways around tenant’s front doors. • Poop pick up and emptying out the poop station garbage’s on the property • Snow removal and salting sidewalks • Weeding • Picking up trash and keeping grounds clean • Cleaning/washing spills and stains on sidewalks and around tenant’s front doors, etc.. Apartment Cleaning: Once we have a vacant apartment, we need it cleaned within a quick turnaround time to prepare for the next tenant. Cleaning includes, but is not limited to: Kitchen, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry closet and patio. We need a full cleaning of each apartment when someone has moved out. • Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom toilet, sink and shower. • Wiping down walls, baseboards, switch plates, Windows, blinds and vents. • Cleaning appliances (interior and exterior) oven, microwave and fridge. • Mopping laminate flooring (we have someone that comes in to clean the carpets) • Wiping down and sweeping patio Cleaning supplies and a detailed cleaning check list are provided at the property.
