At HHI Construction, we are looking for a motivated, skilled individual who is eager to develop and apply their skills in ways to make a positive impact. This position within the company is expected to consistently perform high-quality installation and refurbishment of modular office units. In addition, this role is responsible for the completion of expected work and providing coaching to more junior employees in the future. HHI Construction is a modular office unit refurbishment contractor providing high-quality remodeling, installation, and refurbishment services to Industrial Organztaions. Duties/Responsibilities Safety: Adheres to Jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Operations: This position will require remodeling, installation, and refurbishment of each modular office unit. Follows standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high-quality job while maintaining efficiency and safety. Has working knowledge of construction process (i.e Demolition, Installation, refurbishment, and clean-up). Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside the team. Customer Service: Communicates professionally with the team and other non-HHI personnel. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans job site upon completion of the job. Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides instruction and training to junior team members in the future. Communicates any issues to Crew Leader. Performs other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent time management. Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication skills. Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED preferred Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. The working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
