found young female tabby

young tabby cat, maybe still a kitten, looks less than 6 months old. been hanging around downtown dumpsters for a couple months. only posting now because i thought it was feral til i noticed recently she has a collar (but no tags). if you're missing a kitten from this area, contact me with info about your kitten and i'll let you know if it matches this one. it's a shame for her to be outside on her own when she's obviously not feral and has belonged to someone. she is being fed.
