Westein Property Maintenance is seeking to employ a full time 30-40 hour per week and a part time 20-30 hour per week, yard care and landscape team member. This position entails lawn mowing and yard care. You may also be the point of contact at the site with the customer. You would perform and/or oversee spring cleanups, lawn cuts, and fall cleanups, along with small landscape projects. This position also requires physical labor with the most common tasks being lawn mowing and trimming. Secondary tasks involve shoveling, wheelbarrowing, spreading landscape mulch and stone, assisting with shrub planting, weeding, plant trimming, leaf cleanup, fall tree wrapping, and winter snow removal. Pay is negotiable and at an hourly rate based on experience; incentives are also available based on work ethic and performance. Overtime options available as seasons/weather dictate. Qualifications Experience in landscape and grounds keeping work. Experience in operating small and large hand and motorized garden and landscaping tools. Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Good prioritizing and organizing skills. Sound communication and interpersonal skills. Expectations Operate all ground and gardening equipment safely and efficiently. Oversee general appearance and health of garden plants and landscape.
