Description
Seeking an outgoing and responsible Showing Assistant to join our leasing/ marketing team! Beacon Properties is a growing residential property management company in Oakland. We manage various sized apartment properties throughout Oakland/Berkeley and the surrounding area.
Your work will include showing vacant units for the times scheduled, as well as assisting prospective tenants with basic questions regarding the rental terms. Showing times are usually scheduled for Tuesdays-Fridays 5:00 pm-8:00 pm and Saturdays-Sundays 11:00 am-5:00 pm. Maximum 25 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on need.
You must have references, a clean driving record and car insurance, and your own reliable transportation.
