Description
Welcome to Menstrual March! Bringing free and reusable menstrual gear to ISU! WHAT: "Menstrual March" focuses on bringing reusuable and sustainable menstrual gear (menstrual cups and period underwear) to the ISU community at no cost to menstruating folx. These products are better for the planet due to their ability to be used as primary menstrual products for several years without contributing to the plastic waste that traditional pads and tampons produce. Because the upfront expense of reusable menstrual products can be deterrents to trying something new, we are bringing them to you at no cost! WHERE AND WHEN: There will be tabling outside of Stevenson Hall near the black fountain (moved inside Stevenson near the staircase on the first floor if weather conditions demand) on Mondays (March 1st and March 15th) 11:30AM to 2:30PM, and Thursdays (March 11th and March 25th) from 3:00PM to 6:00PM. There will also be a small selection of the Me Luna Cups for folx who can't make the tabling times in Student Health Services (8AM-4:30PM) and at the School Street Pantry (Fridays 4PM-6PM). SIZING: With each of these products there are different sizes and styles available, and you will need to make these selections if you want to reserve a product/pickup date. Please don't schedule a pickup for a product labled "SOLD OUT" Here are some helpful links about sizing and styles for each type of product (cups and undergarments): Finding Your Me Luna Menstrual Cup Size Me Luna Menstrual Cup Style Descriptions Menstrual Undergarment Sizing Info For RubyLove, ModiBodi, and Knix Brands Menstrual Undergarment Style Descriptions For RubyLove, ModiBodi, and Knix Brands Use the linktree: Menstrual March Linktree or the QR code below for more FAQ and more details about the products.
