Need temporary home

I know this a long shot but I need help with a very long temporary home for my dog. My lease is up in June and I can’t afford to live on my own. My roommate (Ex) is moving out because it was a toxic environment for both of us and my friend who was supposed to move in with me isn’t ready to move out of his parents place. I will need to find a place to live soon which means a new lease and leases tend to be a year long. My dogs name is Canelo and he is a one year old Doberman pinscher who is loving towards people and other dogs super funny and dramatic. (He farts when I ask him to sit) I of course will pay for his food and toys bed whatever he need while under your care. I can afford to pay 400$ monthly to you for caring for him as the other 100$ will be spent on his food toys and any vet visits he may need. I know it’s unlikely but I’m hoping for a miracle I lost a lot last year and don’t want to lose him this year. He’s my best friend and I want to keep him when I find a permanent place I can afford to keep him at.
