Mid aged Guitarist looking for players for a neo-soul/jazz lite project. Looking to do a mix of souljazz standards plus our originals. In addition to the usual funky jazz, I like up-to-date ‘behind the beat’ J. Dilla, neo-soul, and hip-bop styles ala: Rob Arujo, Alfa Mist, Michael Manson, Doug Johns, Iasiah Sharkey, Darius Mosee, The Funky Knuckles etc. Looking for bass and drums and possibly a solo sax. Preferably drug free, contemporary, intermediate level, and dependable. Once the lockdown is lifted I'd like to do casuals, low key gigs. We can exchange music files via Telegram until the lockdowns are lifted or when we are comfortable getting together in person.
