***YOU MUST BE LOCAL TO BAINBRIDGE ISLAND and the KITSAP PENINSULA*** Address verification required! Seeking lively, energetic and knowledgable tour guides for various AirBNB Experiences! We provide tours throughout the Hoh Rainforest, local wineries, spas, restaurants and more. You must have schedule flexibility and be on-call during designated wait times. AIRBNB EXPERIENCE TOUR GUIDE RESPONSIBILITIES Perform pre-use inspections of the course & facilities of various venues and experiences. Provide an orientation and instructions and assist guests with getting outfitted for each experience (proper outerwear, etc.) Monitor activity on the course and provide assistance as needed. Physically perform retrievals/rescues and First Aid/CPR. Follow and enforce safety protocol and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service. TOUR GUIDE REQUIREMENTS Must successfully pass training to be hired. Prior outdoor, adventure park or tour guide experience preferred but not required. Customer service experience preferred, especially in recreation or tourism. Must be available weekends and holidays throughout the summer. Must be at least 21 years old. Must be CPR/First Aid certified (or obtain certification before employment).
