First and foremost you need to live on the west side of the Puget Sound. That means Kitsap, Jefferson, Clallam, Mason, and possibly northwest Pierce counties. The commute can't be an issue. My wife and I are looking mostly for a house keeper/cleaner. We are fun, compassionate, and good people all around, but will also protect what we've built together. So, we are looking for an ethical, kind, compassionate and hard working employee that wants to jump in and do what needs to be done. My wife works long hours in the upper levels of a non-profit. I was running a mushroom/vegetable/fruit farm until I blew out my right arm. I went into major surgery on 2/11 and have started a very long, difficult road back to normal. We need someone to help out getting the house and outside back in shape. Possibly even getting the farm back up and running in a couple months. But, due to me being down from my surgery and my wife's work responsibilities, we first need someone to come in and clean, organize, and do minor simple repairs with my guidance. Right now we can easily use you 2,3, or possibly even 4 days straight and then 1 or 2 days a week afterward. This of course depends on your abilities. The more you can and are willing to do, the more I am willing to use you. There is far more to us and this job though. It's better to meet and talk about the potentials. We are fairly flexible and very understanding. But, when you agree to something, stick with it unless of course something unavoidable comes up. If you have housecleaning and some trades skills, you go to the top of the list and get the upper range of the pay scale. But most important is personality and attitude.
