Job Title: Shop Worker – Truck Loader Reports to: Operations Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt Compensation: TBD and dependent on experience Shift: Full-Time; 12:00PM-8:30PM; MON-FRI Purpose: Shop and Yard support for three divisions of a construction company in the Central Valley of California. Prepare work trucks for the next day’s work. Load lumber, tools and supplies in truck. Clean out trucks. Organize yard. Identify unsafe equipment and tag for non-use. Wash trucks and equipment. Maintain sufficient supply of stakes for Concrete division operation. This involves the use of wood saws and grinders. This job position’s priority is to prepare work trucks for the next day’s work and to maintain sufficient supply of stakes for Concrete division operation.
