Hello. We are a licensed cannabis farm located in the Ettersburg area of beautiful Humboldt County. We are currently looking for cultivators who are as passionate as we are about our job. We are looking for a few motivated individuals that have cannabis cultivation experience to add to our team. We take pride in our trade and expect our employees to as well. We are looking for individuals to add to our team who have a strong work ethic, a positive outlook and understands the demands of cannabis cultivation. Main Responsibilities - In busy parts of the season expect to work long days and even weekends - Amend, transplant, plant, cultivate, water, leaf, and harvest plants - Spray organic insecticides, pesticides and apply fertilizer - Pull Light Dep tarps - Inspect plants for possible insects, disease and overall health. - Inspect water lines and repair when needed. - General maintenance to infrastructure, like identifying and repairing water leaks, weed whacking, greenhouse maintenance, maintain farm tools and equipment - Be able to follow direction of farm manager - Keep record of weights and measures About you: - Must be able to work and communicate well with others - Must have references - Must be stable and dependable - Punctual, keeps a record of hours and jobs performed - Ability to use farm tools - Ability to lift 50 lbs Salary depends on experience and skill.
