Charming Maids, Inc. is looking for 1099 Contractor Cleaning Professionals in Charlotte, NC to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Hours: Mon-Sun 8:30-6pm Pay: $15-$25/hr Bonus Pay: TBD during phone interview Full Job Description: Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks Clean and sanitize kitchen area Making beds and changing linens Cleaning baseboards Vacuuming carpets and rugs Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies (Airbnb/Commercial only) Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste Tidying up rooms Reporting any necessary issues to Management Provide before and after photos to Management Job Requirements: 2 years proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper High School Diploma/GED Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Prioritization and time management skills Working quickly without compromising quality Ability to work in a team environment Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Comfortable working in homes with pets Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs as needed Must have own cleaning kit Important Criteria: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation Must have active General Liability Insurance Add to COVID-19 considerations: With the current health crisis we’re putting the health and safety of our team and customer’s first.
