Crash Blocked Charles Street Traffic: Officials

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — North Charles Street was temporarily closed past Bellona Avenue Monday afternoon, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Two vehicles crashed on MD 139/Charles Street, which is closed to northbound traffic, officials said after 1 p.m. In addition to northbound lanes, the left lane was closed southbound on Charles Street.
