I am willing to pay cost+ but I have no idea how large the book(s) are or what scan/copy facilities are available at the Birmingham Department of Archives and Manuscripts or if you will be allowed to take it offsite to scan/copy. If you have a Notebook/Pad and portable scan equipment all the better. A.R. Bingham was my great-grandfather and I have wanted to see these books for 20 years.
